Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
   These terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop at twosouls-club.com between Two Souls, referred to as we or us, and you as the customer.
2. Contract partner
   The purchase contract is concluded with Two Souls, operated by Nikola Jovic and Nicolas Lutz, Bahnhofstrasse 12, 8854 Siebnen SZ, Switzerland.
3. Products and production
   Our products are made to order using print on demand, which means each item is produced individually after you order it. Because of this, delivery can take a little longer than for stocked items. Slight variations in color and print position are part of the process and do not constitute a defect.
4. Prices and shipping
   All prices are in Swiss francs including value added tax where applicable. Shipping is 7 CHF per order. Orders of two or more items ship free. All costs are shown before you complete your order.
5. Payment
   Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout. Your payment method is charged when the order is placed.
6. Delivery
   We deliver to the address you provide. Stated delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by production or shipping carriers are outside our control.
7. Right of withdrawal
   As a consumer in the EU, you have a right of withdrawal as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Warranty
   The statutory warranty rights apply. Within the EU, the statutory warranty period is two years from receipt of the goods.
9. Liability
   We are liable according to statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence, and for the breach of essential contractual obligations.
10. Final provisions
    Swiss law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside.
