Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason, in line with EU consumer law.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods. To withdraw, inform us by a clear statement, for example an email to nicolas@twosouls-club.com. Sending your notice before the period ends is enough to meet the deadline.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within fourteen days at the latest from the day we receive your notice. We use the same payment method you used originally. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

Items should be returned unworn and in their original condition, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after you notify us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature and function of the goods.

Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within fourteen days at nicolas@twosouls-club.com with a photo, and we will make it right.
